The Leap · A 90-minute session built from the road

For people who have been thinking about it for years.

Clarity, not theory. The framework I wish someone had run on me when I was sitting in the office at 41, knowing something had to change but not knowing what.

I built The Leap for myself. After 13 years at HSBC and going on two years on the road, I kept meeting people in the same place I had been: idea-rich, action-stuck. Not because they did not know enough. Because nobody had asked the right question at the right time.

The Leap is the framework I wish someone had run on me when I was sitting in the office at 41, knowing something had to change but not knowing what.

It does not tell you what to do. It pulls what is already inside you to the surface, sharpens it against what is actually happening out there, and gives you 2 to 3 directions you could actually act on.

A guided conversation that does one thing.

It helps you figure out what life you actually want to build, what could fund it, and what your first real move is. In one session, not six months of reading.

What it is not

Not a productivity tool. Not a business plan generator. Not a coaching programme dressed in a different name. The thing that comes before all of those.

What it actually is

A clarity conversation for someone standing at the edge of their conventional life, not sure if they can jump. It works through what you already know but cannot quite say out loud. What you are running from, what you are running toward. What you have been avoiding. What you have actually tried and what stopped you. Where your real advantage is, drawn from your specific life, not a template.

What you walk away with

A written report on you. 2 to 3 directions you could actually take, in your own language, sharpened against what is real out there. A first move for each. No 40-page business plan. No vision board. Something you can act on this week.

If money was not the issue, what would you try first?

Free · Self-run

Run it on yourself.

Download the Claude skill. Install it in Claude Desktop. Run it on yourself in your own time. You get a written report at the end. Same framework I use, free for anyone with Claude.

Running this takes about 75 minutes of focused conversation plus a research pass at the end. Claude Pro (the basic paid tier) is the cleanest tier to run it on. Free Claude works but will fragment across sittings. You will share a lot. The report quality depends on what you give it.

Run it with me.

Same framework, run as a real conversation. The 1:1 adds what a human in the room does that the skill cannot: hearing what you did not quite say, naming the thing you have been circling, asking a question that opens a direction the framework would not have surfaced on its own.

I could not have built this two years ago. The framework exists because I have gone through the transformation myself, and worked out what it actually took and how I got here. The 1:1 is where I share the experience underneath.

Book a session

If you have been carrying the same question for years.

Not a coaching programme. Not a course. Not a community. One session, one framework, one report. No upsell.

Try the free skill first. Run it on yourself. I built and trained it so the self-run version does as close to what I would do in person as I can get it. That is the whole point of the tool. It exists so someone can take the leap and start chasing the thing they actually want, with or without me on a call.

The thing that matters to me is that this helps someone take the first step.

You get a confirmation email immediately with the Google Meet link and the call details. Within 24 hours I send you the intake form. It takes around five minutes to fill in, and it covers the basics so we do not spend the call time on logistics. The intake is not a test. Honest is better than impressive.

On the day, click the Meet link at the start time. We talk for 90 minutes. Within 72 hours the written report lands in your inbox. 30 days later, the check-in.
